It's weird how the most expensive housing market in the nation, in a state where voters made public housing impossible (google Article 34), where voters amended the Constitution to unfairly limit property taxes, where voters block any new housing would - has so much homelessness!

we also never build *any* housing for people making sub-BMR incomes, which is ~$65k/year in SF there is such demand, MR never filters down anymore, and BMR has min. monthly incomes even nurses & teachers who qualify are on a lottery system
