Update #2: We have a clue why. A Newton user sent multiple mass emails to hundreds of recipients which caused a 24 ban on his email and since our tracking links were in them, it also flagged our domain. Newton is not a replacement for Mailchimp y’all

Update: Google had erroneously tagged Cloudmagic.com as a phishing site. No clue why, and it only lasted around 6 hours. All email is now sending and Google now reports all green and good for that domain. Sorry for the inconvenience today. Completely out of our control.

Turn off both open tracking and link tracking to fix sending issues. We are investigating why all of a sudden it’s causing issues. If you previously sent a message in a thread that was blocked, start a new email chain fresh without tracking on.

New update for macOS is out. M1 support is causing Apple to reject us for some reason so stay tuned for a universal build either on the website or next App Store update. Windows coming later this week.

FYI we are aware of the server issues, a provider must be down. Tinder and LassPass are reporting outages as well as Yac.

With Newton, Just press ⌘+/ on your keyboard - CTRL+/ on Windows
