The Left wants us to believe the #TaxCutsandJobsAct doesn't benefit the middle class -- they're wrong.http://www.washingtonexaminer.com/the-left-is-wrong-the-tax-cuts-and-jobs-act-benefits-the-middle-class/article/2643870 …

Happy for you, Jason. Really. There are many in middle, high SALT states, who lose On income and prop tax, along with exemption for their college students. #TaxReform will cost me $5000, not quite the “all middle class save” we were promised.

Doubling the standard deduction alone is huge for me, as I’m sure it will be for many others.

How much is your exemption? You lose that. Married with no children gets $11,700 more in standard deduction, $8,100 less in exemptions. Those with children or itemized deductions come out worse.

Of course. The Washington Examiner and its team of economists and rigorous numerical modelling experts determined this. If only they would also help us calculate exactly when you sold your soul, you barren husk of an intellectual fraud.

The #GOPTaxScamBill is #WelfareForWealthy. Stop spreading #AlternativeFacts that it's going to help the #MiddleClass & create jobs. It won't. Corporate profits are at record levels, yet neither worker pay nor worker benefit packaged are increasing. BUT, #CEO salaries keep rising!

Time will show the cuts won't make up for the rise in insurance cost and property tax plus much more. The middle class will be upside down and bankrupt, while rich get richer.

Newt, did you actually read this article?? The big criticisms are that it benefits the rich, does too little for middle, and will not help the economy. This article addresses none of that. In fact, it is poorly contrived articles like this that perpetuate our suspicions.

They're only wrong for a year or 2 until people get a 52% TAX HIKE and 80% goes to the top 1%. I don't know, maybe research http://www.taxpolicycenter.org/publications/distributional-analysis-conference-agreement-tax-cuts-and-jobs-act …
