If I am reading this correctly, still not a vote to impeach, just a resolution.... big difference. Also, WH will appeal the ruling of the lower court to turn over grand jury material - this will go to the Supreme Court...

Newt, the action of the Dem's, takes away the whining point from the Repub's. The court's have ruled that the Dems were acting appropriately in their investigation, so you can pat Lindsey on the butt, if it makes you feel good, but it means absolutely nothing.
