Indexing capital gains would take inflation out of the tax system and make investing in America dramatically more desirable. Capital investment is a key to increasing productivity and growing the economy. President Trump should sign an executive order indexing capital gains.

You can index capital gains several ways; by the bracketing of the amount of gains/having a similar approach to the length of time held. I prefer all taxation(personal, Corp., State&Federal) as a flat tax. possibly stepped&progressive but inclusive of the hold time as a parameterpic.twitter.com/SBLbvGXOz0
