The Justice Department should intervene to protect county clerks in New York who refuse to give licenses to illegal immigrants. If Governor Cuomo goes after them the Federal Government should arrest him for breaking federal law. Enough pretending law breakers are ok.

Immigration law is Federal in nature, passed by both houses of Congress. This is not a conservative/liberal issue. The concept = voters vote congressional leaders in to pass laws that conform to their ideology, assuming it passes SCOTUS's muster...

It becomes a problem when ANYONE regardless of party stripe feels as though they can ignore or violate the law. Stature, standing or popularity should have nothing to do with it. The last 15 yrs have become infested with this disease.
