There's a HUGE difference between hiring a private investigator that lives in an ally country VS accepting communications when Russia (an enemy) gets in touch with you offering information. One you hired the second came to YOU!
If working with foreign nationals to get campaign information is illegal as FEC Chair says who in Clinton campaign should go to jail for getting the Steele dossier from a British national. Media hysteria on President Trump’s comment is totally hypocritical.

How come this fact is hardly ever cited? And while the Steele dossier has never been corroborated (which seems strange), it has also never been refuted. Steele himself was/is a respected and high-character individual by all accounts I've read.

Except they used a loophole and McCabe admitted as such. He was perfectly fine with them doing so bc of the loophole as well and all the Dems tow that same line. It's ok if you use a lawyer in other words!
