H-1b/GC abuse importing cheap nurses is a despicable atrocity . Millions of Americans with high skills in medicine and education have lost their jobs, careers and livelihood. They have lost homes and dignity and been closed out of the job market for decades since H-1b.

Companies that move labor offshore are avoiding US regulations, paying employment benefits and payroll taxes both State and Federal. The entire company should move offshore and be banned from doing business with the US.

The only solution to the H-1b problem is to let all work visas expire without renewals and stop issuing new work visas of any kind. The Indians whom use fraudulent credentials should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Deport managersr involved in gaming the systems.
