Yes, and I believe the original intent was for this to apply to the unborn as well, for their rights are endowed by their Creator at conception- when they were created.
When a baby is born it is an American citizen. Infanticide is therefore an act of murder. The federal government should protect thr civil right of American babies by prosecuting any one committing infanticide for murder under civil rights statutes

*w]When the baby is born, key phrase. *Babies born in America to undocumented immigrants are also American citizens. Protect their civil rights and extend to them ALL benefits, liberties, available to babies born to US citizens.

By all means, let’s protect and support all babies. Life is sacred. This means , I’m sure , that you support life after birth also, right? You want to take away reproductive rights and birth control but offer no support of all these children. Repubs need to change that.
