Here is the best answer to that basic question I got on FB - Trump is not actually a Republican. He does not see through a partisan lens. He's an outsider. The D C establishment, both Dem and Rep, cannot abide an uninvited outsider messing up all of their cozy money...

If there really was a crisis then surely the last 2 years hen Republicans had government they would of at least had a vote on a bill to spend money on a wall - seems contrived to do it now
