Fire = heat+oxygen+fuel -- the latter is the only one we have a chance to control by cleaning up the fall droppings and using them in controlled burns and hopefully recovering the energy...
The California fires are so destructive, deadly and follow earlier fires so rapidly that we need a profound new approach to forest management.President Trump should appoint emergency national panel to review all forestry practices and propose a fire minimizing management system.

California doesn’t have controlled burns because it destroys the underbrush ecosystem. This is what happens when your govt is ran by a bunch of biologist making 200k a year.

Local CA govt begged for just that along with airplanes that can drop fire retardant. Jerry said no because he wanted the $$$ for the bullet train that will cost billions, is already over budget, won’t ever get used, no one wants. Feinstein’s cronies are lead contractors too!
