Stacey Abrams is “sick and tired of hearing about the free market”. Abrams said “I’ve never seen the free market write a prescription in rural Georgia.” Maybe she has never been in rural Georgia. There are lots of privately owned pharmnacies that fill prescriptions.

To be fair, the quote says "write a prescription", not "fill" it. Docs write prescriptions; pharmacies fill them. In rural anywhere, doctors can be few and far between.
