As a content creator you're providing a gateway to Piracy. You may or may not show and films or rv shows but you are supplying information to obtain illegal content. Why should you profit from stolen content?
-
If you review knife's and weapons you are proving a gateway to murder? some of the apps have licenses some do not example USTV, Sky even delivered a strike for licenses content like Crackle. CNN profits from disasters it's called freedom of expression. What is wrong with that?

youtube are classing many videos as hacking and removing them for community strikes, Unfortunately it is the uploaders job to identify which apps have licensing. Youtube is not responsible for the copyright infringing activities of its users. Creators are responsible

While i wish it wasnt, It is. The Creator/Uploader is solely responsible for the content they publish. If they are publishing copyright infringing material it is the creators responsibility. If any lawsuits etc it will also be the creator and not youtube.
