  Speeding is 4th in bad crash causes behind drink/drug driving, driver error and driver distraction. If stopping speeding was truly the goal, they’d make it mandatory jail and $1 million fines, but it’s easier to mail out a fine than to target the real road dangers. Disgraceful.
