    Tomorrow is . Women account for 70% of health workers but only 25% hold senior roles. Leaving the gender balance 2 equalize on its own is not an option. It is time to by ensuring equal leadership opportunities in the workforce.

    It's rare that I see a new twist on or , but this series by has been incredible. The feeling I had seeing these reminded me of first seeing Bertin's work on commute times. Really amazing stuff.

    In response to suggestions: my refugee dispersal map which adds negative space in the colour fill within the border to reinforce idea of displacement into neighbouring countries (and a note about dots being indicative). More dramatic but perhaps too much?
