This makes me sad. No one’s perfect but I've never met anyone who goes through more personal pain to fight for an inspiring future for humanity - and has done so tirelessly for decades. Everyone’s entitled to their opinion but mine is that there’s no one I respect and admire more

Yeah except when he was going off on how there will be zero cases of covid in April and that we are all exaggerating, full well knowing the damage that was going to do.

Like any engineer, he forms opinions based on the data at hand. It turned out the data was flawed and so any predictions were inaccurate.

Elon was making a prediction. At the time, know one knew that this pandemic would keep going. He believed it would be fine by end of April because of how quickly China recovered.

With a country as big and more powerful than China, the US should have been done by then if people weren’t stupid and our politicians were more smart about this.
