What this episode ultimately gives me is hope. It illustrates what was articulated so perfectly in @Disclosure_Doc: You can’t be what you can’t see. Imagine the young trans children who are going to watch this & see a version of themselves who is actualized, supported, and HAPPY.

Doctors dosnt care is he’s transgender or not thy will treat him for what he is not for what he feels !
Doctors are all about treating patients for both what they feel & what Bailey is, is a girl. Trans or not & doctors who don't respect that, don't deserve to be in the profession of treating people with care, compassion & empathy.
Even as a full-blown adult who thought I'd be able to shrug off misgendering, after coming out, I was shocked at how bad this hit me. Your stomach drops. Internally, you plead and wonder what went wrong and vow to "do better" to stop it happening again, but you don't know how.
This is such an important point, it’s not people looking to be outraged, it’s people being shocked at how hard a simple word can hit them and asking society to have some empathy and do the right thing: lets be nice to each other.
