He's about halfway there. Once the yellow contacts, the scars, some scruff, and the rest of his outfit are added, he'll be fine. Unless this is the final product, in which case I'm just depressed.

Considering this is a camera test I think it's safe to assume they will add that later on. There's no way they will have Geralt without his trademark eyes and medallion.

It says 'costume and m/u test' on the board, not camera test, which is kinda worrying. But then again I don't know anything about filmmaking. Seems odd to have a costume test with an incomplete costume.

While I agree with you wholeheartedly and I wish he looked like the Geralt from The Witcher 3, the show is not going to be based off the game. I'm still not sure they captured Geralt's look correctly from the books but they're definitely basing the show off the books.

Even in the books, he wears a jacket and other clothing over his armor, not plain black. I'm thinking this isn't the complete costume.

It's based on the books, not the fanfiction that are the games.

Geralt's pupils are not always "cat"-like. Witcher mutations allow his eyes to dynamically adjust to the environment. 1.) Scars - he never had a scar over his eye in the books. 2.) We'll get to see how he received some scars in the show i.e. near fatal on his neck from Striga.2/2

1.) He is missing most features from the book description, only the hair is right. 2.) we are talking about a nearly 100 year old witcher, that fights monsters, Not some nobel son that never have seen battle.
