Newsflash:You can still charge people for crimes under $950. And try them. And jail them. Problem is that we don’t. No jail = no consequences = HIGH CRIME,repeat offenders,free-for-all mentality. Welcome to SF. Prop 47 doesn’t help,but ultimately
@chesaboudin FAILED at his 1 job.1 reply 0 retweets 2 likes -

So we agree there's no less than 950$ law and Chesa is releasing people under medical guidance.

Uh no, we definitely don’t agree. There is still a law to punish crime under $950, but Chesa refuses to do it because of his “reform beliefs” that are heavily influenced by his murderous parents & traumatic childhood. He is failing at his ONE job, which is to punish criminals.

His duty in this moment of pandemic is to public health our
@SF_DPH has told him how many people he may safely hold at maximum.#StandWithCheaa because epidemiology, science are the path to safety especially during a pandemic.1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes -

That’s bull$hit. This has less to do with the pandemic and more to do with his ideologies on “reform”. He’s a progressive defense lawyer dressed up as the DA. His failures to prosecute have led to repeat crimes resulting in deaths.https://www.google.com/amp/s/abc7news.com/amp/sf-hit-and-run-san-francisco-troy-mcalister-chesa-boudin/9446116/ …

So u can ‘stand with him’ all you want, just make sure to watch your back, front, wallet, purse, watch, car, garage, and home while you do it, cuz chances are HIGH that his “reformed” and free criminal friends will be on the streets looking for a repeat score.

I am proud to

See our chart on San Francisco vs. Sacramento - in Sac, with a more traditional D.A., assaults increased and murder rates increased more pic.twitter.com/U1yAj1Wbsg1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes -

1/ Garbage stats, just like the ‘public health’ & ‘blame the Hondurans’ excuses.
You must be on his payroll ‘cuz no one can turn a blind eye to the RAMPANT crime in SF & the total LACK of consequences.

2/ when he FINALLY does his job,after NOT doing it 99 times before. And that’s just with this one case. There are literally thousands of others that he hasn’t done anything about. He is an utter failure & the residents of SF are paying a VERY high price for it. Too high.

Public policy should be decided by statistics, and science.
Science and data reliably document, the public is safest in circumstances of reform,
