I think that indicates the SFMTA takes its job more seriously than the police since the police are supposed to arrest the vandals, not the transit agency.

Those were some awesome mental gymnastics, but still wrong. It wasn't a legal parking space because he wasn't legally permitted to park there. But good job arguing that he should get to break a law b/c someone else broke a different law.
