Yeah I get it, you don't have any interest in data, science or peer review, but even your data shows, a brutal police state and record wealth disparity do lead to crime, as evidence shows pro incarceration das masks things much worse. Were safer compared to the cities around us.

I really do hope you learn more, and I have above happily provided multiple scientifically rigorous peer reviewed studies proving instances of where decreases in police state brutality caused decreases in crime.https://twitter.com/equalityAlec/status/1394697951868604416?s=19 …

There is a virtual scientific consensus that increasing incarceration has nothing to do with safety. When you make comments like this, you only get more resources for cops, and more violence in poor communities and communities of color. I hope you'll learn more.

Above are three peer reviewed papers with data, and two professional pieces of journalism, and a link to a discussion by the @usdoj. You've only provided graphs that show my point, for someone who works with data you are don't seem to view it or science as relevant. Any papers?

Since you seems incapable of reading a paper, maybe this helpful graph of sf crime, while there was a increase in violence in places with more brutal police states(like Oakland), sf crime decreases.https://twitter.com/meganrcassidy/status/1378024856072024064?s=19 …

Despite what you may have heard, crime is overwhelmingly down in SF over the past few years, with the exception car thefts and burglaries, which spiked in 2020. @susieneilson's latest data dive offers clarity (and helpful graphs!) beyond the rhetoric. https://www.sfchronicle.com/local/article/San-Francisco-s-crime-rates-shifted-16071268.php …

Sure according to data from sf in the first two years of gasons term where there was the only positive trend on that violent crime graph, gason actually increased our cities incarceration rate. 2012-2014 (look see I included a source, you should try it) https://sfgov.org/scorecards/public-safety/county-jail-population …
