If we can’t use prison, What’s the punishment / reform process for non-violent criminals that you propose? Surely we must hold people accountable for breaking the law or we become a banana society.

In my opinion law is not coherent, criminalizes everyone and we should absolutely not listen to it enforce any bit of it, doing so is in my view cruel and unjust.
