How? Sf events give away a ton of water? You've not been involved in promoting, publicizing, volunteering at or working at any of them?

Won't give someone a cup of water if asked? Because that's the standard for the rave act.

The places I am involved in have drinking fountains. Also, if there is an medical emergency, some of the places I am involved in have a nurse or EMT on duty.

Cool the drinking fountains count. That's giving away water at a entertainment event and is a felony under the rave act, and makes you explicitly complicit in anyone's drug use on premise.

Not if the building(s) involved fall under Historic Monument Status they don't. As a matter of fact, what is the Rave Act? Never heard of it.

I had a feeling it had something to do with Raves. Of course, people in my age bracket wouldn't be going to a Rave. Not my kind of thing.

Doesn't matter the way the act was written it criminalized all music events. Your community might be affluent enough to avoid enforcement but you're still breaking the law that's being utilized to destroy the communities of others.

With the events I'm involved in, drugs would definitely not be involved. And yes, there are affluent people involved along with middle class and poor people as well.

It does not matter whether your community is drug users, it criminalized all of us that allow our community access to water. Mostly affluent means you won't face the enforcement that all others will for caring for community but makes you no less unlawful.
