Citizenj17 { I’m feeling the Spirit } Retweeted SFPD Tenderloin

Only in #SanFrancisco with cop prosecutor, criminal-loving DA @chesaboudin, you hear that police “took the suspect, who is frequently booked for burglary, into custody.” #abc7now #kpix #ktvu #sfcrimehttps://twitter.com/SFPDTenderloin/status/1343681499443331072 …

Sunday morning just after 5am a small business on Larkin St was being burglarized. Two SF Fire Dept. Paramedics witnessed this and called for Officers. Within 2 minutes, Tenderloin Officers were on scene and took the suspect, who is frequently booked for burglary, into custody. pic.twitter.com/L5FGi2CsLj

Every release of an arrested criminal by Chesa should incur a monetary penalty of $10,000 reduction of his salary. Watch how fast he changes his tune.

      Paul Retweeted Chasing Justice Podcast

Thankful for the intelligent discretion @chesaboudin has brought to our city. In this land of mass incarceration where the average american commits three felonies a day and is inherently illegal prosecutorial discretion becomes especially relevant.https://twitter.com/ChasingPodcast/status/1293622979314593792?s=20 …

“None of you cared about prosecutorial discretion as this train was flying 100 m.p.h. towards mass incarceration. But now that I’m pulling the break up and trying to switch the tracks so we are going to try to turn around, miraculously you have an issue with that.” -@DARollins

Lots of well attributed sources, Americans both commit three violations of our inane laws on average daily, and are inherently illegal hear the wall street journal among others.https://www.wsj.com/articles/SB10001424052748704471504574438900830760842 …

This thought piece isn't paywalled and includes some more of the conversation, is this enough evidence for you? https://ips-dc.org/three-felonies-day/ … Btw the easiest one is to prove that we are always inherently illegal.

Since you'd like obvious proof, dmt a schedule one substance is found endogenously in all mammals it's a neurotransmitter. Technically making all mammals or meat a separate felony to possess.https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6088236/ …

Yep we are all technically a walking felony, dogs, cats, pigs, and cows too. In this land of mass incarceration and pointless overcriminalization we are all inherently illegal, and provably are always committing felonies.
