Bars are financially responsible to their patrons, their neighborhood, their community. They serve addictive, dangerous drugs safely. They would lose their business if they killed someone with alcohol poisoning. They would lose their business if their patrons shat on the street.

Yes... But fentanyl is not being used as much anymore by anesthesiologist as they understand the problems created.. Also the patients breathing must be consistently monitored as fentanyl lowers the breathing rate and if too much you stop breathing.
