Actually Chesa won both the first choice and the rcv tolls. Either way the constituents of sf like me knew he meant reform for our cruel brutal and politically oppressive police state and voted in hope for his reforms.

More than average for a large city, more than average for a city of our size. Our paid overtime is frankly impossible, corrupt and obscene. We also need a law that requires first responders to live within 30 min of SF if the bridges and trains are down due to earthquake. That'll put an end to the commuter, occupying cop corps.

Oh definitely the cultural divide from san Francisco to east bay and even la for the management of our police state is one that costs us lives all to regularly. To police sf you should have to live in sf.

Oh absolutely! Experience with sfpd has taught me that they no longer investigate auto theft, but happily brutalize the homeless and protests that annoy the city management. Our police are worse than none at all.
