There is no evidence of this whatsoever. Purely anecdotal, and it's clear you have no data to back up your claims. SF has failed in their duties to keep the city safe and clean for its tax-payers. That is CLEAR for anyone that actually lives here.

Ok I can simply prove each of us illegal in a tweet. We all contain DMT a schedule 1 substance it is illegal to be under the influence of, or be in possession of, so owning a dog is a felony.https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6088236/ …

So let’s change the regulation to re-legalize dogs... it’s NOT fentanyl.

Fentanyl is mostly legal, and is used in most of our hospital operating rooms, many dental surgery centers, and even available by prescription. The majority of the drugs we criminalize most heavily are non-toxic and non-addictive.

Not always, fentanyl is available by prescription.

Ok fine. How does that address the dangers seen within 2 minutes of walking outside in SF?

If we allowed them to have heroine dens, they would be off our streets, usage would be indoors, the purveyors could be responsible for the medical care of the patrons, and the trade would be out of the hands of gangs and organized criminals.

A semi- fair proposition. We still need to find a solution if it’s impossible though lest we have a social hostage situation.

It gets better these new facilities can be members of the neighborhood and responsive to neighborhood complaints and feedback. This isn't the end of the road it can be a new beginning in our relationship with drugs.
