I will add that these dealers don't use their own product. In fact, if they do, they get kicked out. So, this isn't about those who use drugs, it's about the exploitation of those that use drugs. Two completely different things.

All I know for sure is that when I was on the street, none of the dealers I personally knew were forcibly brought here. But I have heard of this happening.

I understand the socioeconomics of it. But, are those issues beyond the purview of local governance in SF? That's an issue for the Honduran government isn't it? I admit it's complicated.

I mean by this logic, isn't this whole drugs being illegally imported into sf not local sf's problem because they are a illegal act originally done in hondores?
