Prohibition has always historically failed, regardless of the substance it promotes and financially incentivizes organized crime.

This new action from the
@SFCityAttorney doesn't prohibit anything other than the location in which dealers sell drugs. These 28 and eventually more will need to do it elsewhere. That's all this does. -
Sure maybe this group might be replaced by a different one, we are still trying to use force to counterproductively prevent people from using substances.
