The vast majority of San Franciscans want homeless people housed. Maybe advocate for that instead of attacking anyone who works toward that goal.

Yep. We need longer term solutions. The city built 140% of its luxury housing market demand and now we have thousands upsom thousands of vacant condos and skyline apartments with no one living in them. We don’t have a housing crisis... we have an affordable housing crisis.

Once you understand that then you can chip away at the issue by looking closely at the failure of the market to address those folks with low, middle and fixed incomes. Our housing development practices need to reorient towards affordable housing production goals.

Our housing scarcity, is due to political corruption in our cities leadership. Our zoning and permitting process is the cause of this supply shortage, and to resolve it the answer is much less not any more government involvement. Reform Zoning, instead of implementing socialism.
