Our counterproductive mass incarceration system, incentivizes usage, and has been to cause a increase in usage and violence. It's the definition of insanity that we've tried this same failed thing for 50 years. Can you explain why you think it reduces usage?
Why? Are the us people somehow inherently more criminal, or might the government here be more oppressive?

Wild West heritage. The fact that (most of?) the nation can walk around with guns, explains to me why the cops act the way they do. I think the crime has something to do with individualism bs collectivism.
