End the drug war, Stop industrializing lawlessness, Have less addicted people, Build housing.
The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. I know the results of the drug war, and I know it wasn't always like this, it's better without prohibition. People are more law abiding, and more of them are off the streets.

It's the way to less junkies on our streets. Criminalization, incentivizes and romanticizes lawlessness and drug use. More significant enforcement only brings more violence, and has not been associates to decreases in supply. If the drug was going to work it would have done so.
