I think this moment of pandemic, has been very difficult for even longtime public servants.
Although, he has long served the public as a @sfdefender, hes new in his role as @SFDAOffice . His merciful release of prisoners is to me a higher priority than auto break-ins. i'm happy!

I feel like its a priority for
@chesaboudin to attempt to communicate his vision of criminal justice to the usually disinterested and apolitical population. Few of us are following along on our own, the vast majority of our city needs reeducated as to the new role of police.0 replies 0 retweets 0 likes -

I'm happy
@chesaboudin , and am honestly surprised to see that spending too much time and effort communicating with his constituency is the item of the day on the complaints list. Seems essential for any new politician with as much societal control as a district attorney?0 replies 0 retweets 0 likes -

As a politician whose success is determined by the behavior of those in his community. I absolutely do understand why chesa is placing a priority on communication. I'm thankful that communicating his vision to those that don't necessarily support him is such a priority.

His success is determined by how he reacts to the behavior of others, he can't control people, he can provide them with alternative paths, but they still select the path they want to pursue.

With the ideology he brings to the office especially, in this modern dystopia filled with losses of autonomy, @chesaboudin is like a breathe of fresh air with his respect of individual rights and autonomy.
It would go a long way if everyone who wanted a bed/mental care had it.
