The argument I'm making is that when the average American commits three felonies a day, maybe it's time to narrow the definition of crime. Doing so might bring focus to our judicial system and make it more effective.

Well now hes in jail. *5% of our prisoners are mentally ill, so as a criminally insane mentally ill person he will be right at home. This is absolutely what I think should and I think is happening.
