I just got robbed at gunpoint right next to my house in San Francisco 2 hours ago. They took everything - phone, work laptop, wallet, documents, etc.
Congrats, @chesaboudin, you are winning.

Ug this makes me so sad. I hope it isn't viewed as a victimless property crime.

Property crimes are not viewed as victimless. Someone owns the property and the owner is the victim. But this is an armed robbery - it is a violent and dangerous crime. It is exactly the kind of crime I've committed to prioritizing.

Serious question if the person getting robbed had shot and killed the robber would you charge them?

There is another question here, which is how is carrying concealed W/o permit is officially handled now in the city limits. Which I believe both the POA and the DA have publicly announced. https://twitter.com/SportsFanGirlie/status/1233839860588449794/photo/1pic.twitter.com/geKvOJYc4A

The key question still stands....would they charge or not... without a No, the previous statement is functionally useless...
