Criticize their choice if you want, but to accuse them of being dishonest about voting reluctantly and calling them complicit in everything that person does is insane if you are doing the precise same thing that they are!

I remember exactly what the reactions were to every person who said potential liberal policies and leftist purity tests were pushing them towards Trump from those who are now willing to vote for Bernie Sanders *as conservatives* because Trump scares them more. It's unbelievable.

You'd think these people would say "you know what? You were right. Sometimes you need to overlook some really bad shit just to prevent something you think is even worse. However, unlike you, to me that worse option is Trump." At least concede reluctant voting as acceptable.

We all understand this reality, so how about we stop acting like only one side is allowed to overlook some stuff in the pursuit of other stuff. Unless you toe the line of one party's candidate, this profit-loss calculation is a big factor in voting.
