    Of 632 companies with targets: - 10% will not use - 48% have plans that are too vague to determine if/how they will use offsets - 43% will use offsets - 2/3s of these don't specify criteria for their use What could possibly go wrong?

    progress today sounds encouraging. But we can’t forget the big player – stop setting fire to fossil fuel! Let’s hope no one gets distracted from that task by progress on other (really important) fronts

    Another year another (bad) record. Even reducing emissions won't stop this happening every year. It's going to be a long time before we stop seeing this annual headline. Let's see if/how COP26 helps move toward it though
