@neiltyson Heavy elements are created from the continuous cycle of stars exploding and reforming.
Average sized stars live few bn of years before they nova.
Big bang theory dictates 14 bn yo universe.
Heavy elements in most of our solar system.
The astrophysicist's creation myth?

I just think somewhere there must be something wrong in the current conclusions which are made based on the facts. I am not religious and I don't believe in a created universe, just saying. Thank you for having taken the time to reply.

Is there a way to determine how many nova's the elements of a planet have been through? Is the presence/ratio of different isotopes of an element in a natural vein an indicator?
-
other contradiction is that even tho they admit we have hardly any info, they make solid conclusion abt many phenomenons in the universe. If we just assume the universe was created, the scientists will bend the information and say "technically this is how the universe came to b"

Off the subject... can lightning strike lightning ?
-
Well I'm no physicist, but lightning is electricity jumping from a cloud to the ground, the plasma is what we call the lightning, so the tip would have to be touching the ground, but I don't see why the plasma two bolts are made of couldn't cross? Hopefully I'll be corrected

-
did you just make a tip crossing reference .. hahahhahaaa that's legit... -
I DIDNT MEAN TO
-
It made me laugh either way..I'm no physicist either .. but I listened to a clip about black holes collapsing into each other creating a gravity wave and thought if that's possible .. what happens when light hits light?
-
Oh, lightning is not light, it's plasma
-
*lighting I shortened it for the tweet lol
-
Boy we're getting into physics there is no shortening
