Watch out for all my cameo appearances as well in the next season, it will be legendary

Are you concerned about competition? Like Tom selleck's mustache? Or anchor man Tom tucker's mustache?...I've heard chuck Norris's mustache and beard might be gunning for your job as well. How do you respond sir?
-
I feel quite confident about my current position at this specific time. I respect all of the legends who paved the way for personified facial hair to thrive. I welcome the competition with open arms, but I fear my momentum is unstoppable at this point. A new era has begun..

My personal hero & obviously a good friend of yours... “USAF Brigadier General Robin Olds, famed for his defiantly out-of-regulation mustache during the Vietnam War, inspired fellow airmen to grow mustaches of their own, instilling a spirit of camaraderie (for all mankind).”pic.twitter.com/7Kgq4bh9Op

Both his mustache and him are heroes. If I could award his mustache a medal, no doubt I would.

This time, cover the greatest and final frontier of modern science: The discovery and exploration of the full range and potential of the human mind--consciousness as the most fundamental (unified) field, a thing in itself.

I don’t think he’s going to cover pseudoscience.
-
I think he knows that it is not content but method that is the distinguishing feature of science, and that consciousness is a legitimate topic of study.
-
The thing is though, that consciousness is a legitimate topic of study in the field of psychology. Not in the field of natural sciences such as physics and cosmology.
-
the relationship of consciousness to the physical world has been vitally under consideration in physics at least since Heisenberg. consciousness is certainly an object of research in biology/neuroscience, and both fields now intersect with physics.
-
The Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle has been long used to justify erroneous claims. But despite what Deepak Chopra have to say, the problem of quantum mechanics has to do with the way photons interact with subatomic particles, and zero to do with consciousness.

AWESOME!!!! I’ve been hoping for this. Thus far, Cosmos has been the only show that made my daughter excited for science.
-
I don't have kids but you can bet I'll be ensuring they watch this when they do. As a grown adult I was excited to see every new episode and learn things old and new. It's a wonderful program.

Well why would you tell us now?? Now we have to wait over a year for it and be frustratingly anxious haha
-
In the cosmic calendar, the time until next spring is infinitesimally short. Does that help...?
-
That may be true, but time as it is and where I'm at in it I still have to wait over a year. The future isn't certain but I hope that my future self (if he's there) is enjoying it *le sigh* thanks though!
