If a Space Alien landed on Earth and demanded, “Take me to your leader!” I wonder how many people would take it to their head-of-state.

Not a completely unreasonable assumption. A) "us" is all we really have for a basis of comparison, and B) being from this universe (and likely this galaxy), they would essentially be made of the same base materials as us.

Earth is estimated to be 4.5 billion years old.. humans only evolved about 200,000 years ago.... base materials yes but still.

Hasn't been proof (of evolutionary theory)? How so? Volumes of observed evidence out there.

That's science. Develop a theory, a hypothesis, then try to prove/disprove via evidence. So far as I have seen, all evidence points in the direction of support of the theory. On the small scale level, there have been definitive observations. Large scale takes much longer.

If the base of the "not proven" logic is due to length of time then wouldn't that completely erase almost all Judeo-Christian and deist belief systems as of now? They have been around much longer with far less proof.

I most certainly would not take the visitor to @POTUS! He has denounced science and is a complete clown! However, I would direct our visitor to the @WhiteHouse and say "That's where the least intelligent person on #Earth lives".

And she would discuss the silliness of the human race and that most people are good. Music would be playing. The table covered in books and biscuits. I wonder if it would laugh as much as mum and dad do together.
