        "Majority Minority" means that if you add all the minority groups, they add up to more than 50%. It's a new-ish term that came to use when population demographics of the entire US project to be this way soon.

        Sir, even with the "don't tend to come from" qualification, you've missed the mark. The blues in Minnesota has more than a scene. It has a history, a present, and a future. The state has turned out and will continue to turn out great players.

        A lot, actually. If your town or city has roots in music, the people from said town could be amazing at music. Obviously not every person, but many who are interested in music would be. Many classical composers came from Eastern and Southern Europe, but not many from like the UK.
