Then you failed to understand his point. What he's saying is, Mars will come, but not today. Promises of dramatic changes are dangerous.

@billmaher & understand his frustration. NASA wants to help Earth AND make sci discoveries on Mars (& beyond). It's not one or the other. -
In a world of limited resources, it's best to use them on our survival. Mars expeditions do not help us in that regard.
