        @neiltyson Table salt is the opposite of air-dried sea salt. One is superheated, damaging what it touches, the other is a vital human need.

        @MikeEnRegalia Yes, they dissolve in water, but that doesn't make them disappear. You may not see them, but those particle do BIG damage.
