@neiltyson Table salt is the opposite of air-dried sea salt. One is superheated, damaging what it touches, the other is a vital human need. -

@qradoc@neiltyson whatever shape the crystals are, they completely dissolve in water. Don't they? -
@MikeEnRegalia Yes, they dissolve in water, but that doesn't make them disappear. You may not see them, but those particle do BIG damage. -
@qradoc Maybe you need to get educated on what dissolving means for a salt. Not sure how the structure is maintained when the ions separate.
