@rondomingue@neiltyson Depends. Drag causes objects to loose momentum (and velocity) and fall. Stable mass and no outsides forces = forever -

@rondomingue Actually the moon will escape the Earth's pull in the long term. The NSA satellites probably have onboard propulsion.
