It's a tiny tip of the hat to the first UK edition of Good Omens, in which the week contained two Wednesdays.
I bet it's Adam. 😄 After all, it was his birthday! And before going to bed, he might think, "What a great day it was! I wish there was another Wednesday tomorrow."
