I just did a #LightningNetwork registration app for events, it needs a little bit of work but in this early version it can be very helpful.

The participant pays the invoice and get the preimage, the a QR code is shown to the participant, that QR code have the preimage which is the ticket.
The participant only needs to show the QR code to validate that preimage, then he/she can enter to the event.

I don't know, probably, it's a very simple concept and can be rewritten in c#
