        This the iceberg analogy. In congregate settings, you can’t wait until you have a case identified. By then it has already spread to both residents and staff. Early screening still found cases but before widespread transmission occurred. @DavidHollandMD @janecyoon 2/

        Facilities that actively screened early also had fewer hospitalizations and death among residents and staff. — Screen early, screen often, save lives. @saritashahATL @ATChambs @EmoryEPI

        @BenVolin but the bubble idea is the worst idea right? Stop spreading misinformation. Athletes and staff are MUCH safer inside any bubble than outside of it. Coaches like D’Antoni can’t wait to get inside because of how safe it will be compared to outside
