    I have read only one article about brexit (official tomorrow) which simply described the voting process. Perhaps I missed the terms but my belief is this will start a chain reaction of worldwide recession. Yet it seems to be second page news bc impeachment and coronavirus.

    Interesting that the phrase "off the ground" in books has no clear inflection point in 1903. However WWII and Vietnam show clear inflections of use
