The US Court of Appeals has totally destroyed Trump's claims in Pennsylvania. The opinion, written by Trump appointee Steve Bibas, is devastating. It didn't even bother holding oral argument, saying the "claims have no merit."

I went to school with Judge Bibas, indeed he was one of the very 1st people I met. He didn't suffer fools gladly then. He's very conservative, but that is the point: true conservatives see this lawsuit for what it is--a baseless attack on our democracy. Trump should be ashamed.

I follow many never-Trump Repubs, who have to wonder what’s become of all they spent their life believing. Has to be said that most of the free speakers don’t have election consequences. But as
@DavidJollyFL once said, there’s worse things than losing an election for principles.
