Which is why one of my two children got a job as a computer scientist right out of college and the other one is studying to be a cellist. That's our family, sending them down the road to ruin.
-
Congratulations on your great kids. You worked hard to make that happen.
-
What a kind thing to say. Thanks.

I'm a single mom of a disabled child whose ex-husband doesn't pay all the child support he is supposed to. I *need* to be paid equally, and there are millions of women in the same predicament. We don't have men to make up the difference. What about us?
-
This. Notice Cucker Tarlson makes no mention of men that fail to set goals, prioritize family, or meet responsibilities. Women today can seek better partners or forego them. We no longer have to settle for weak men. This is his real problem. Men, raise your game or GTFOH

Hysterical. Where do they get this crap from?
-
None of that says women working leads to drug use, etc. It just says that educated women like to marry men who make more money.
-
That's what it says. But I know you're a smart person capable of abstraction. Go look up studies on drug use, suicide, employment, and then cross-reference those studies with college acceptance ratios, etc. It paints a grim picture that I'd like to be wrong.
-
For example, dare we question the impact that a 57:43 graduate ratio F/M has on marriage, considering the above study regarding income and marriage?http://time.com/money/4072951/college-gender-ratios-dating-hook-up-culture/ …

https://www.cbsnews.com/news/linking-suicide-to-marital-status/ … For instance, are these conditions more likely to result in divorce? If so, what effect does that have on the suicide rate? Turns out divorced Men are more likely to kill themselves.

There's a whole train of consequences we really need to start considering, and begin talking about solutions for.

Sweet baby Jesus on a bicycle! All this time I've been teaching my daughter's they can do anything they want. I should have been teaching them to stay barefoot and pregnant and only get a junior high education. The asshattery is running rampant!

"Sweet Baby Jesus on a bicycle!" Love it!
